Solo Laps are NOT in"follow-the-leader" format  

       Detailed classroom instruction, a track tour and a “solo” track trip are all part of Warmin’ Up, the second level of the SpeedTech driving experience. With 3,400 pounds of car and a 600 horsepower racing engine, you’ll find out what it takes to handle the power of such a race car. Safety equipment, key procedures, communication strategies and other key details will be covered in the classroom and on the track tour before you climb into an authentic Nextel Cup stock car for your 15 solo laps of seat time. An instructor will be in the car with you for comprehensive one-on-one training during the initial three to five  laps prior to driving the car on your own. The initial one-on-one laps with the instructor are not counted as part of your solo session.

 
All drive programs include 3-5 additional laps with an instructor
